- What specific steps can I take today?
Developing resilience is a life task for all of us. It enables us to act successfully even in challenging phases of life and to recover quickly from setbacks and stay healthy.
Resilient people can tackle problems proactively, respond flexibly and adaptably and encourage others to do the same. You will learn the theoretical background to the concept of resilience and why we see resilience as a competence that can be developed.
The course is based on the results of the validated questionnaire from the persolog® resilience profile.
We discuss the characteristics of the resilience factors and focus on how your individual personality can contribute to developing real resilience and inner strength.
You will experience various practical applications and reflect on which of your characteristics have a positive influence and which require development. This results in your personal path to resilient behaviour, which you can tackle immediately in your everyday life.
